Minutes from the May 5, 2003 PAC Officers' Meeting

Hello PAC people!

Leah here with my first minutes email for my new term. I take suggestions. Here's how it's going to go: I'm going to sum it all up at the beginning and only write what I think y'all might be interested in. Then I will include the full minutes of our meeting. Then you won't have too much reading to do.

Okay, first, you might know we have a few new people on board. You can scroll down to see who's who in PAC. (Everybody is a somebody in PAC!!)

There will be a graduation party on Saturday, May, 24th at 4pm at Golden Gate Park. It will be tons of fun, so be there to say your goodbyes (or see-you- laters) to all your favorite grads!

We will be coming out with a newsletter--READ IT!!

If anyone will be around to help sell lab manuals in the summer, it would be greatly appreciated. All you have to do is carry a box to some physics class, interrupt it, and try to sell the lab manuals. It takes 10 minutes tops per class. Thanks.

We will be getting nifty new t-shirts next semester. So we're requesting all you creative, artistic physics students (don't tell me there aren't any) to come up with a cool design for the back. Our ideas that you can feel free to modify are: a top 10 list, shrine to Linda, or any artwork. The front will have our PAC logo that was voted on a few months ago. The shirts will be blue with white writing. Please let us know if you're interested so we can get an idea as to how many we should order.

The next PAC meeting will be Wednesday, May 14th at 6pm in the PAC room. Come with your ideas, thoughts, and enthusiasm. Please don't bring your insults. Thanks.

Hbar: we try to provide the kind of food and drinks that will satisfy the most people. But if there's something that you'd like to see at Hbar that isn't there already, feel free to buy a bunch of it (from Rainbow or Costco) and PAC will definately reimburse you (withing reason, just use your judgement). Basically, we want you to be happy!
