FINAL (take home) will be made available
on Dec. 11, and will be
due on December 18, before 6 pm in my mailbox in the
department office. No exceptions -- (parts of) final exams which
are late will not be graded!
The final will consist of a number of problems similar to the
homework problems, and it covers the material we covered from chapters
1 through 13 of the textbook. You may use the textbook, your own notes,
including your homework assignments and solution sets that have been
handed out. You may not use any other material, and you may not consult
with anyone about the exam.
Please download the final from
the link below.
NOTE: there was a typo in problem 2! Please download
the new, corrected version!
