Hi everybody,

I will finish grading your final exams as soon as possible and then compute/submit your final course letter grades very shortly thereafter. Please do not email me for your final letter grade-- this will become available to you through official channels very shortly after I finish computing it (so if you don't see it, it's not ready yet!)

However, if you would like to know your final exam grade, please feel free to email me to request that info at any time. If you email me soon (before I have finished grading), I will put your email aside until the info is available, and then get back to you. It may be several weeks, but I will definitely get back to you.
Note: I will probably not be able to get this info to you until after your final letter grade is already available, so this info will not be useful for the purposes of an "advance preview" of your letter grade.

After your final letter grade becomes available, you are welcome to email me if you have any questions on your final exam grades or another other aspect of your overall final grade/class standing. If you wish, you may also examine your final exam in my office at the start of next semester.

I hope that you have enjoyed the semester/year of physics and feel well prepared for whatever avenue you will need physics again in your studies/career.

Best,
-Ilkka

P.S. - Here are a few pictures of "Snell's Window" to enjoy. (You computed its angular width during your final.)
