Problem Set 9:  Analog Circuits

 

 

1.  Design a non-inverting op-amp amplifier with a gain of 10.  Show the circuit and all of the components, and give realistic values for the components.

 

2.  Shown is a "bad circuit" from Horowitz and Hill's chapter on "Feedback and Operational Amplifiers."  Explain why it is bad - that is, why it will not function as a gain-100 inverting DC amplifier.
