The reference to a problem in chapter II should read, "(see Problem II-18)." page 106, statement of problem III-11. The reference to a problem in chapter II should read, "(see Problem II-19)." page 106, figure for problem III-11, middle drawing of three. The arrows on the sides of the trapezoid are not quite right. They should all be in the sense of a right- hand rotation about the normal e-hat-sub-phi. page 157, answer to Problem 12(c) in chapter II. In the prefactor, epsilon-nought should be in the denominator, not in the numerator.
