Instructions for setting up xwin32 outside of the 130.212.xxx.xxx domain.  
Install x-win511.exe.  This is a timed version which will close itself 
after 2 hours.

NOTE: The first time you run xwin32, it will ask a lot of questions about 
setting up rsh or rexe.  You do not use this feature; you can answer anything
at all, or just cancel out.
